Philip Klucsarits is a director of photography with a passion for collaboration and visual storytelling. He works internationally on narrative, documentary and commercial projects. His award-winning work has screened at hundreds of film festivals worldwide, including Telluride, SXSW, Clermont-Ferrand & Camerimage.
Philip is also an Associate Professor in The Sidney Poitier New American Film School at Arizona State University, where he teaches upper division cinematography and film production courses.
He earned his MFA in Cinematography from UCLA and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. Philip is a graduate of the Budapest Cinematography Masterclass, where he studied under the instruction of renowned cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond, ASC.
He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
